1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Olympus Cloud (the "Service"), a product of NebusAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Olympus Cloud is a cloud-based AI business management platform including workforce management, analytics, CRM, and AI-powered automation. The platform provides multi-tenant commerce capabilities, real-time analytics, inventory management, employee scheduling, and intelligent operations for businesses across multiple industries.

3. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

Pricing

Current pricing is available on our website. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Billing

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance
  • Annual subscriptions are billed for the full year upfront at a discounted rate
  • Usage-based charges (API calls, AI operations, storage) are billed in arrears

Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Monthly subscriptions end at the end of the current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable but service continues until the end of the term
  • Upon cancellation, your data will be available for export for 30 days

5. AI-Powered Features

The Service includes AI-powered features such as predictive analytics, automated recommendations, and intelligent automation. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs are generated by machine learning models and should be reviewed before acting upon
  • We continuously improve our AI models, which may result in changes to AI-generated outputs
  • You retain ownership of all data you provide as inputs to AI features
  • Anonymized and aggregated data may be used to improve AI model accuracy

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access
  • Reverse engineer or decompile the software
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to develop competing products
  • Exceed published API rate limits or abuse platform resources

7. Data Ownership

  • Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service, including business records, employee information, customer data, and operational configurations.
  • Data Export: You may export your data at any time through the platform's export features or via our API.
  • Aggregated Data: We may use anonymized, aggregated data for analytics, benchmarking, and service improvement.
  • Multi-Tenant Isolation: Your data is logically isolated from other tenants using row-level security and cryptographic boundaries.

8. Service Availability

  • We target 99.999% uptime for Enterprise plans and 99.9% for standard plans
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control
  • Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Enterprise customers are documented separately

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, AI models, and content, is owned by NebusAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service according to these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NebusAI, its affiliates, and employees from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
  • We may terminate the Service with 90 days notice
  • Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days
  • Provisions regarding data ownership, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except for claims for injunctive relief.
